From Marylyn and Jerry

Dear Family,
It is a beautiful day here in Petaluma, CA! I want you all to know what a great Murray family I think we have. We are so blessed!Jerry and I safely returned from a month in England enjoying the beautiful fishing villages of the Cornwall, the quaint and charming cottages and villages of the Cotswolds, the bleakness of the moors, lambing season, rock walls and countryside of the Dales and the beautiful scenery and vegetation of the Lakes District. We stayed away from big towns and cities and concentrated on the little, narrow white and yellow roads roaming through the gorgeous countryside seeing things, people and places that the usual tourist does not see. It was all wonderful being so up close and personal with the land and all it has to offer. Now, we are back home. Jerry is back out in the yard working hard every day and I am recuperating from surgery just laying around and being lazy.:) The best part about being here in Petaluma is that we are within visiting distance of Jenn, Susannah and Kevin and Lyle, Jean and four of our grandchildren. We had considered moving back to Utah in the fall, but have decided to stay here for a while longer until the housing market gets back on its feet. Allison is living in our Provo home and keeping it from getting lonely. Lisa, Bob and kids are enjoying their new pool/hot tub and are having a steady stream of company to help break it in. We may even try it out on our way back to Utah for the months of September and October.Happy birthday to Dewey! He's a hard man to get hold of, but it sounds like he had a super-duper birthday party!School is out, so we wish you all a happy summer with lots of fun, warm weather, good BBQ's and good family togetherness.Love,Marylyn (and Jerry)
