A very beautiful day. We were awake at 2:30 A. M. It was hard to go back to sleep but did, partly. Was up at 4:30 just as we wanted to sleep again. I called Fred; he was up, dressed and had his glass of milk. Soon we were on our way. Virginia backed out so we got Fred, Ruth, Leah and Sadie. No one was at the Church so we came back for my shoes. By that time Bernice and the Bishop and Elaine were there. Charlie soon came and we were on our way. The Bishop is a good driver. Not one of us thought to take the address that Lela gave us, so the bishop had to stop at a phone both to know where to go. Boy Heber really has the snow. We met all eight Bingham Boys and their wives also Beatrice’s sisters, Erma and Elva. Beatrice was beautiful in death as she was in life. The funeral was wonderful. LaVor seemed to be taking things well. Sherrie and Carolyn made us all feel special and invited us back to eat with the family. We appreciated this very much. Soon we were on our way home. We arrived home about 4:00 P.M. tired out. Clyde called for Boyd’s phone number, (He) said he was having to sell his cows today and had to invest his money somewhere. We went to bed at 7:00 P. M. Crocheted on Ada’s doll.
